KOHLSDORF JUSTICE RESIDENCE
This 8,000 square foot house takes advantage of beautiful views of a lake that sits below the house. The Architect worked closely with the Landscape Architect from the initial design phase to ensure a strong inside-outside continuity. Sensitivity to the tactile nature of the house informed decisions regarding materiality. Environmentally sustainable features include large overhangs to shade the large expanses of glass, green roofs, and rain water collection. New construction: design, three story, completed in spring 2011.
